KATAIFI INSTRUCTIONS & TIPS
For best results, follow these tips and instructions when using your Kataifi
THAWING PROCESS
- Kataifi is best used at room temperature. We suggest thawing our chilled Kataifi to room temperature. (approx. 2 hours)
PREP TIME!
- We recommend getting yourself prepared before starting to work with Kataifi. E.g. ingredients prepared, workspace ready!
DETANGLING KATAIFI
- Our Kataifi pastry will be in a large clump when you open it. To use Kataifi you will need to separate the strands to loosen it.
