Filoettes can be filled with a range of sweet ingredients including but not limited to cream, custard, fruit or mousses. It is really up to you as to what tickles your taste buds. We have come up with the following combination of fillings that works well but add and customise as you see fit!
Lemon passionfruit curd topped with blueberries, sprinkled with crushed dehydrated plums
Chocolate Cream topped with a sliced fig wedge, sprinkled with chopped Pistachio nuts.
Whipped Cream mixed with a swirl of caramel sauce topped with crushed dehydrated plums
Strawberry Conserve topped with a dollop of cream and slithered almonds.
